All US orders are shipped locally from our warehouse in Bloomington, California — no import duties, no delays at customs.

We ship via UPS. 

Romy offers free Economy Shipping (UPS Ground) for orders over $150.

USD $11 flat rate for Economy Shipping (UPS Ground) under $150.

USD $16 flat rate for Express Shipping (UPS 3 Day Select).

USD $25 flat rate for Priority Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air).

Expected postage times

Economy Shipping: 4 - 6 business days

Express Shipping: 2 - 3 business days

Priority Shipping:  2 business days

Most parcels arrive on time, but some delays may be experienced due to UPS operations. 

Shipping: International (everywhere outside the US - excluding AUS + New Zealand)

International orders are shipped with DHL.

International orders under $1000 incur a flat rate of $50. 

International orders over $1000 are FREE.

International Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Most international parcels arrive on time, but some delays may be experienced due to DHL operations.

Romy does not cover any additional duties, customs or taxes applied to orders. These additional costs are not calculated in the product costing, or shipping cost for any order and are at the receiver’s expense.

Order processing

All orders placed will be processed between 1-2 business days of receiving your order.  Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We will email you a tracking number when we dispatch your order. To track your order please follow the links in the email.

Parcels must be signed for upon delivery, unless you have selected otherwise when the carrier notifies you, via SMS, that your parcel is out for delivery.
