The following terms and conditions are additional to our standard terms and conditions here, during The Romy Sale Event.
- Sale starts Thursday, 20th November 8:00AM Australia Eastern Daylight-savings Time and runs for a limited Time Only
- Gift Cards are not included in the Sale
- Sale prices shown are inclusive of the discount, no additional code is required
- Discounts and offers are subject to change during the sale, without prior notice
- Sale prices can not be combined with any other discounts, including the Romy Welcome Code
RETURNS
All orders made during The ROMY Sale Event are NOT eligible for refund.
Final Sale as marked "final sale" are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
Sale items as marked “Sale” can be returned for a credit note or size exchange only.
Exchanges will incur a charge of $10 for the cost of the return shipping label (in Australia), with your new order being dispatched free of charge.
If your order qualifies for a return for exchange or store credit, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge your request in our online Return Portal.
ORDER PROCESSING
During The Romy Sale Event, once an order is placed we can not amend or cancel the order, so please check your details before you check out.
While it is our aim to still process orders in 1-2 business days of receipt and dispatch from our Californian Warehouse, due to the volume of orders that are expected during this time, it may take our warehouse team longer to dispatch your order. Please allow 5 business days for dispatch and the shipping notification to reach your inbox before contacting us. If 5 business days has past please contact Romy customer support on hello@romythebrand.com and provide details of your order including your order number.
Romy partners with UPS for all domestic shipping. An UPS tracking number will be issued via email once your order has been dispatched.
The following shipping rates apply:
FREE Standard Post for orders over $150.
$13 for Standard Post under $150.
$28 for Express Post.
Expected postage times
Standard Post: 3 – 10 business days
Express Post: 1 – 2 business days
Most parcels do arrive on time, but as November is a peak period for Australia Post there may be some delays, we recommend checking your tracking number regularly.
